Gérard Leduc, Ph.D.

After earning a degree in biochemistry at the University of Montréal, Gérard Leduc registered at Oregon State University, where he completed a Ph.D. in Fisheries in 1966. He subsequently taught in the Biology department at Concordia University until 1990.

At Potton in the Eastern Townships, he founded the Potton Heritage Association, where he served as president for 15 years. He conducts research on the local heritage and diverse stone remains from ancient European cultures such as the Celts, Vikings and including several others.
